Juliana Rivelli, soprano has been performing throughout America, and internationally, for 10+ years. Originally from Smithfield, Rhode Island, she began classical, jazz, musical theater, and other CCM voice studies at the age of 9 years old.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education at The College of Saint Rose, and is has recently graduated with her Master of Music in Classical Voice Pedagogy at Shenandoah University. She was the Graduate Assistant in The Janette E. Ogg Voice Research Center, alongside Dr. David Meyer and Dr. Matthew Edwards.
Juliana has worked in other voice studios, such as The European Academy of Arts in Chantilly, Virginia, as well as operating her own private voice studio, Rivelli Voice Studio.
Some of her notable credits include Frances Norcross in the opera, Sisters Show Me Eternity, performing in France and Ireland with the international award winning College of Saint Rose Chamber Choir, and a featured soloist at the Proctor's Theater in Schenectady, New York on Patti Lupone's tour, "Don't Monkey With Broadway."
She continues to conduct research, and has presented her first research study, The Relationship Between Singers and Speech Language Pathologists: a Survey at the ASHA Convention in New Orleans in November 2022.
She has studied and coached with voice instructors, educators, and musical artists such as Natalie Conte, Dr. Suna Gunther, Dr. Michael Lister, Dr. Michael Levi, Annelisse Von Goerken, Paul Patinka, and Dr. Susan Boddie.
Currently Juliana is enjoying post graduate school life, and she hopes to perform in more operas and musical showcases, grow her private voice studio, substitute teach at her local school districts, and continue to focus on her voice pedagogy research studies.
